Daily puja is offered to the deities including Sri Hanuman, Sri Siva and the goddesses Durga, Kali, Ganga and Lakshmi. The concepts of each deity are honored according to the Tradition and according to the Lunar Calendar.

Sri Ganesha

The presiding deity of the Shrine is Sri Ganesha.  He is worshipped as the one to keep the senses in control and to remove all obstacles, spiritual and material. It is believed that Ganesh removes obstacles and troubles in our path using the goad or Ankus.

Sri Hanuman

Sri Hanuman represents true courage and selfless service.

Sri Siva

Sri Siva is the creator and destroyer and in one sense the Supreme Personality of Godhead. 

Other Deities

The Goddess Durga manifests the power of protection and demonstrates the symbolism of a Deity complete with weapons and vahana (as explained in Symbols of the Divine).  As Kali, the Goddess also personifies of the absolute or ultimate power of Mother Nature. Lakshmi is the provider of wealth and abundance to sustain us.
